Information
We offer a choice of hardwood 60-minute and softwood 30-minute fire resisting door frames suitable for internal and external use. Both are fitted with 15 x 4mm intumescent strip as standard. All rebates are 12mm deep, and the frames are tested in compliance with BS 476 Part 22.

Hardwood 60-minute Fire Resisting Door Frame Fitted with Smoke and Intumescent Seal/Strips
This FD60 door frame suits a 54mm (21?8") thick door. Fitted with one set of 15 x 4mm intumescent strip with a smoke seal and one set of 15 x 4mm intumescent strip.
Softwood 30-minute Fire Resisting Door Frame Fitted with Intumescent Strip
Our FD30 door frame suits a 44mm (13⁄4") thick door. Frames available from stock are fitted with one set of 15 x 4mm intumescent strip. Frames fitted with one set of 15mm x 4mm intumescent strip with a smoke seal are available to order or a 25mm intumescent strip and smoke seal.
Fire door frames are labelled in accordance with the condition of the BWF CERTIFIRE scheme.
